I am a Certified Executive Coach with a background in clinical respiratory medicine, critical care, and medical leadership. I have a broad and deep experience of medicine.
My passion is to coach Physicians and Executives through their everyday challenges and extraordinary stresses. We work together to build resilience, clarify purpose, see potential, and foster joy.
I coach Doctors and Leaders who strive to lead through uncertainty and complexity in a way that aligns with their values and supports integration of all the facets of their unique life.
My background experience includes serving as a Medical Leader, and Specialist Physician in Respiratory Medicine and Critical Care.
